Purpose
These terms govern the end-of-tenancy cleaning services offered by Clean1 Suisse Sàrl and booked via this website.
Prices and payment
The prices shown are fixed and include 8.1% VAT. Payment is made by TWINT or cash at the time of service; no deposit is required at booking.
Booking
The booking is confirmed by the allocation of a booking number and the sending of a confirmation email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (address, access, property characteristics).
Handover guarantee
The handover guarantee applies subject to the eligibility conditions stated on the site (empty property, cleaning defects only, claim within the stated window). It is not unconditional.
Modification and cancellation
You can modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, via the link received by email. After this deadline, please contact us directly.
Liability
Clean1 Suisse is covered by professional civil liability insurance. Its liability applies within the limits provided by Swiss law.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Fribourg, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
