Data controller
Clean1 Suisse Sàrl, Fribourg, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website, within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nLPD).
Data collected
We process the data you provide for a booking or quote: first and last name, date of birth, contact details (email, phone), property address, property characteristics, access instructions, any photos of the premises, and the chosen payment method.
Purposes
This data is used solely to establish your price, plan and carry out the service, manage the handover guarantee, and communicate with you about it. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the service contract you conclude with us and, where applicable, on our legitimate interest in follow-up and service quality.
Sub-processors
We use sub-processors bound by contract to confidentiality: Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, database and photo storage, europe-west6 region in Zurich) and Resend (sending transactional confirmation and follow-up emails).
Data location
Booking data and photos are stored in Switzerland, in the Google Cloud europe-west6 region (Zurich).
Retention period
Property photos are deleted no later than 90 days after the service is closed (and the claim window has expired). Booking data is kept for as long as necessary to perform the contract and meet our legal obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the FADP, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object. To exercise it, write to contact@clean1.ch; we respond as soon as possible.
