The handover guarantee
Free re-clean within 48 h if the property manager refuses the inspection for cleaning-related defects.
Guarantee conditions
- Empty property. The cleaning and guarantee apply to a property cleared of all furniture and personal belongings.
- Cleaning defects only. The guarantee covers cleanliness, not wear, damage or repairs.
- Claim window. To be reported within 72 h of the inspection, with photo evidence.
